ISG, William Torbitt Primary School
KpH were engaged by client ISG to reduce and remove vegetation from several areas within the school premises. KpH provided a team of CPCS Operators and Operatives who would oversee the landscaping and the digging of trial holes as per the client’s requirements.
Scope of Works:
Works started with the Removal of vegetation and general waste from around the surrounding playing fields. KpH skilled CPCS operators carefully graded through the waste separating it into appropriate Waste Streams for later disposal.
Upon the removal of the vegetation and waste, our KpH machine operator had to level out the site to allow the Ground Radar Scanning Contractor access to scan the entire site and report back to ISG the results.
Due to the sensitivity of some areas of the site KpH carried out the hand digging of trial holes for the client to inspect for live services and footings which enabled them to plan the next stage of the development. Upon completion of the survey, Kph back filled the holes to maintain a safe environment for both contractors and public.
All works were undertaken and completed within the clients programme and KpH handed back the site for further site planning by ISG.
