Client: Vital Energy
Project: Plant Room Strip Out

Brief Description:

Clients Vital Energy awarded KpH with a contract for a plant room strip out of Steel Cylinder Boilers, all associated parts and pipework. Kph used their vast experience in plant removal to complete the works within the project timeframe.

Scope of Works:

KpH mobilised with a fully trained team of hot works operatives, site supervisor, and specialist lifting equipment to carry out all the elements of the project.

Utilising hot cutting methods the dismantling of the 3no. 2-tonne boilers was carried out working close to live services. Operatives then used cold cutting methods for the removal of associated pipework and heating elements.

KpH also ensured that the working area and transit route would be clean and tidy to allow other contractors to carry out their installations at the same time.

The experienced team carried out the dismantling and removal to a high standard with no complaints or damage.  All waste was safely and successfully removed from the site and all disposal paperwork was handed over to the client on completion
